I haven't received my account activation email

After you complete registration on our site, you will have to wait for an email to activate your account. Your email will be a bit different depending on whether you registered as a Liaison or Essential Staff. If you are waiting on an account confirmation email to set up your password, or perhaps a password reset email, you can search @mg.mckinney-vento.org to find the email.


If you registered as Essential Staff:

After submitting your registration, you will receive an email at your provided email address with instructions on creating your account password. Please allow 15 minutes for the email arrival and be sure to check your spam/junk folders for this email if it seems you have not received it. If you registered as a Liaison:

After submitting your registration, a member of our staff will approve you as the LEA or school liaison within one business day and will send an email notification of your approval. Please allow one business day for the email arrival and be sure to check your spam/junk folders for this email if it seems you have not received it. If you have not received the email after 24 hours, please Click Here to Submit a Ticket to our Support Team.

 

If you haven't received our confirmation email after 24 hours and it's not in your spam/junk folder, your internet network may have a firewall set up which is preventing our emails to get to you.
