Here is what to do if you are a janitor or custodian and can't register.
At the moment, there are 12 courses available for 12 different staff groups. What this means is that you may find that you're not able to find your exact job title listed. The course you choose will be based on how you interact with students on a daily basis. You will learn how to identify a child who may be experiencing homelessness based on those daily interactions. If your role is not available when creating your account, please choose the course that is the closest to your role.
If you are a Janitor or Custodian, you can choose the Extracurricular Staff course when registering. The Extracurricular Staff Course is the most general course, whereas the other courses available are more specific for those staff groups.
